The highest representatives of the Sahrawian Government will participate in this Conference. In attendance will be the president of the RASD himself, the prime minister, the president of the national assembly, and several members of his Government, as well as ambassadors and representatives of the POLISARIO Front.

The conference gathers also representatives of support institutions and organisations working for the Sahrawian People, ministers of governments that recognise the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic (RASD), European and Spanish parliamentary inter-groups, regional governments, city councilors, political party representatives, trade unions and supporting organisations. During the last years, the EUCOCO has also been joined by representatives from countries all around the world, particularly from Africa and America. That is why we can refer to it as an event of a World-Wide nature.

The last conferences were held in Seville (Spain, 2001), Modena (Italy, 2002), Paris (France, 2003), Zaragoza (Spain, 2004), Mol (Belgium, 2005), Vitoria (Spain, 2006), Rome (Italy, 2007) and Valencia (Spain, 2008).
